One Hour Telephone Support (M-F 9:30 am - 5:30 pm)
One Hour Scheduled Onsite Support (M-F 9:30 am - 5:30 pm)
$50/Site/Month
This works out to a labour rate of $50/2 = $25/Hour as part of the package
